Process automation
We connect the systems a company already uses through n8n, webhooks and APIs. Invoice workflows, documents, reports and notifications happen by themselves, and people only see what needs a decision.
bestify --about
We take repetitive work off companies’ hands. We connect systems, build internal applications and AI assistants, and run it all on lightweight, monitored infrastructure that the client fully controls.
From the first integration to a system that runs on its own and reports its own problems.
We connect the systems a company already uses through n8n, webhooks and APIs. Invoice workflows, documents, reports and notifications happen by themselves, and people only see what needs a decision.
Dashboards, databases and small custom-built systems: a Python (FastAPI) backend, data in NocoDB and PostgreSQL, and convenient access from a browser or phone.
We deploy language models where they genuinely save time: classifying documents, answering questions from company knowledge, and Polish voice commands (Whisper) that an orchestrator turns into completed tasks.
One notification channel in Mattermost or Slack for servers, networks and applications, with push notifications to your phone. Plus health checks, watchdogs and nightly backups that report their own failures.
Lightweight Linux servers, Docker and secure VPN access (Tailscale). The tools run on the client’s infrastructure and the data stays under their control. We have over 20 years of experience in Linux/*BSD administration.
Fast, lightweight websites and migrations from subscription platforms such as Webflow to your own hosting. Plus a simple content editing panel, backups and a recovery guide.
A short path from idea to a working tool, followed by ongoing care.
We learn how the work is done today and point out what is worth automating and what is not.
We quickly show a first version on real data, not on slides.
We put the solution into production with monitoring, backups and documentation.
We keep it running and extend it as the company grows.
Three principles we follow in every project.
We favour open, self-hosted tools. No lock-in to a single vendor and no sending data where it doesn’t need to go.
We size solutions to the company. A small server that does its job beats an expensive subscription you use 10% of.
Every deployment has backups and a recovery guide. When something goes wrong, you know what to do.
